POST 11 - Lulusan Undang-Undang UNISZA Tak Diiktiraf

Diterbitkan oleh BERITA HARIAN

23 MEI 2013

ENGLISH TRANSLATION (via GOOGLE TRANSLATE)

I as a parent would like to draw the attention of the Ministry of Higher Education of recognition holds a Bachelor of Law at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Campus Gong Badak, Kuala Terengganu.

My daughter graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, but has not received the recognition from Bar Council, since 2010 to 2013, almost three groups that have graduated unable to continue their pupillage is seeking recognition of the Bar.

For me, this recognition is very important for students who are studying law to enable them to undergo the pupillage.

What is worrying me, my daughter borrowed the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) and until now have yet to get a permanent job when she has to pay the loan.

I would like to say that no efforts and actions by the university and seems to wash its hands off the problem.

Here I would like to request for a further explanation, especially from the Bar Council and the Ministry of Higher Education, the problems faced by the students of Bachelor of Laws in UniSZA

Upset Father,
Sungai Petani
